Swiss Properties Invest A/S announced in connection with the Annual General Meeting held on April 24, 2026, Christian Seidelin resigned from his role as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Following Christian Seidelin?s departure, the Board of Directors has constituted itself with Thorbjörn Graarud as Chairman and newly elected member of the Board of Directors, Michael Gregersen as Vice Chairman. Gregersen brings with him experience as private investor and attorney-at-law, specializing in commercial real estate.
He is also a member of the board of directors in multiple investment and real estate companies since 2007, and held board positions in formerly listed companies such as Berlin III A/S and Foreningen Europæiske Ejendomme f.m.b.a.
