Synspective Inc. Joins Ministry of Defense Satellite Constellation Project, Following SPC Establishment and Contract Execution

Synspective Inc. announced that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 19, 2026, a resolution was passed to enter into the project agreement for this project, and that the agreement was executed on the same date. As a partner company to Tri-Sat Constellation Co. Ltd., a Special Purpose Company (SPC) established by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation, and Mitsui & Co.

Ltd., the Company confirms that the service contract for the Satellite Constellation Project has been officially executed with the Ministry of Defense. The total contract value between the Ministry of Defense and TriSat for this project is 283.1 billion (Incl. tax).

Under this agreement, Syn prospective has entered into a subcontract with the SPC and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation for the acquisition of small-SAR satellite imagery data. Syn prospective's contract value between Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and Tri-Sat under this agreement is JPY 105.6 billion (Incl. tax.
