Synthomer PLC announced a number of changes to the Board. As previously announced, Ian Tyler and Roberto Gualdoni have now stepped down as independent Non-Executive Directors from the Synthomer Board as planned. Independent Non-Executive Director Janet Ashdown succeeds Ian as Senior Independent Director, and Independent Non-Executive Director Jonathan Silver, who has recent and relevant financial experience for the purposes of the UK Corporate Governance Code, succeeds Ian as Chair of the Audit Committee.
