Take Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 8.30% stake in Takeuchi Mfg. Co., Ltd. (TSE:6432) from Toshiya Takeuchi and TAKEUCHI Scholarship Foundation on January 16, 2026. A cash consideration will be paid by Take Co., Ltd.
The expected completion of the transaction is January 19, 2026.
