Telecom operator Tele2's nomination committee is proposing the election of Linda Höglund and Thomas Kienzi to the board ahead of the annual general meeting on 18 May. Sam Kini and Maxime Lombardini are declining re-election.

Other board members are being proposed for re-election, as is Thomas Reynaud as chair.

Linda Höglund is chief financial officer at JobandTalent, an AI-based platform for workforce management. She has extensive experience from senior roles in fast-growing global companies, including as COO and Global CFO at Klarna, CFO at Grab, CFO Europe at Electronic Arts, and Group CFO and deputy CEO at Dice.

Thomas Kienzi is chief financial officer at iliad Group. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, with a focus on corporate finance, operational excellence and long-term value creation. Previous roles include CFO and deputy CEO at Meilleurtaux, and CFO at Showroomprivé.com, an e-commerce platform in fashion, beauty and home décor, where he worked on the company's stock market listing.
