TOKYO, JAPAN - April 30, 2026 - Terumo Corporation (TSE: 4543) today announced that, as part of its initiatives to diversify its funding sources and to expand access to global capital markets, it has issued its first U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes, with settlement completed on April 28, 2026.
