Tesco PLC announced that Thierry Garnier has resigned as a Director of the Company with effective from 6 May 2026. Thierry was appointed to the Board as a Non-executive Director in April 2021 and during his tenure he has served on the Remuneration Committee, Nominations & Governance Committee and the Sustainability Committee. the Company confirms that the resolution to re-elect Thierry Garnier as a Director of the Company (Resolution 7 of the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (the Notice)) is withdrawn.
