The TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund managed by TD Asset Management, Inc. and Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) agreed to acquire Tolpanvaara onshore wind farm in Finland from Enefit Green AS for ?83 million on December 2, 2025. A cash consideration of ?83 million will be paid by The TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund managed by TD Asset Management, Inc. and Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ). As part of consideration, ?83 million is paid towards assets of Tolpanvaara onshore wind farm in Finland.
