Some farmers welcomed the aid package but others argued it fell short of what's needed.

$108.4 billion was the hostile bid made from Paramount Skydance for all of Warner Bros Discovery.
It has challenged Netflix after the streaming giant looked like it had won a bidding war with a $72 billion offer for Warner's TV, film studios and streaming assets.
Paramount CEO David Ellison - son of the world's second-richest person, Larry Ellison - argued his offer would strengthen Hollywood.

But the number was below analyst expectations.
And some investors aren't sure if its sugar-heavy product can succeed as consumers grow more health-conscious.
