THG PLC announced that, following a review of Board Committee membership, independent Non-Executive Director Milyae Park will replace Sue Farr, Senior Independent Director, as Chair of its Sustainability Committee with effect from January 26, 2026. Sue Farr will remain as a member of the Sustainability Committee.
