The nominating committee of leisure products company Thule has proposed, ahead of the 2026 annual general meeting, the election of Per-Arne Blomquist as vice chairman and Sara Molnar as board member. This was announced in a press release.
Per-Arne Blomquist is CEO of Qarlbo and a senior advisor at EQT. He has previously held senior positions at Dometic, Telia, and SEB.
Sara Molnar has served as CEO of Peak Performance and has a background in senior roles at SEB.
The committee has also proposed the re-election of chairman Hans Eckerström and board members Johan Westman, Sandra Finér, Paul Gustavsson, and Helene Willberg.
Current board members Sarah McPhee and Anders Jensen have declined re-election.
