(Alliance News) - Telecom Italia Spa announced Tuesday that it has reached an agreement with Boost BidCo, a vehicle controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and involving Retelit, to extend the long stop date for the sale of Sparkle to October 15.

Completion of the transaction remains expected in the second quarter of 2026.
