Telecom Italia has appointed Goldman Sachs and Evercore as financial advisers to assist the telecoms group in evaluating the tender offer launched by Poste Italiane nL8N40B0RU.

Two sources familiar with the matter said.

Telecom Italia declined to comment, while Goldman Sachs and Evercore were not immediately available for comment.
