Installation company Instalco has announced the composition of its nomination committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place in Stockholm on May 5, 2026. The information was released in a press statement.

The nomination committee for the 2026 AGM consists of:

Carolina Wallbäcks, appointed by Per Sjöstrand
Sophie Larsén, appointed by AMF Pension & Fonder
Ingeborg Åkermarck, appointed by Torpanmaa
Johnny Alvarsson, Chairman of the Board at Instalco

Compared to last year's nomination committee, Finnish firm Torpanmaa has joined the group this year, while Cliens Kapitalförvaltning has departed.

Cliens was previously a major shareholder in Instalco. However, following a significant sale of 10.13 million shares in September, their holding has decreased to just 1.03 million shares, according to the shareholder service Holdings.
