Located in the Lüderitz Basin, this license covers an area of approximately 11,000 km². Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions, including approval from the Namibian authorities and joint venture partners.

Once the transaction is finalized, the French oil and gas company will become the operator of this license and will hold a 42.5% stake alongside Petrobras (42.5%), Namcor (10%), and Eight (5%).
