TPG Telecom Limited announced the appointment of Nerida Caesar as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective June 1, 2026. The appointment followed a Board search to fill the vacancy arising from Robert Millner?s retirement on May 8, 2026. Ms Caesar also joined the Audit and Risk Committee, the Remuneration and Governance Committee, and the Nomination Committee.
Ms Caesar brought more than 39 years? experience in senior commercial and business leadership roles, with deep expertise in technology-led and data-driven organizations across Australia and international markets. She was Group Managing Director and CEO, Australia & New Zealand, of Equifax (formerly Veda Group Limited), where she led the business through a period of significant transformation and growth.
Prior to Equifax, Ms Caesar held multiple senior executive roles at Telstra, including Group Managing Director, Enterprise and Government, and Group Managing Director, Wholesale, overseeing large-scale commercial operations and complex customer and infrastructure portfolios. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles with IBM in Australia and internationally, including Vice President of IBM?s Intel Server Division for the Asia Pacific region. Ms Caesar is currently a Non-Executive Director of Westpac, CreditorWatch, O?Connell Street Associates, Land Services SA & Land Services WA (as a nominee Director of the Public Sector Pension Investment Board of Canada) and also serves as an advisor to technology start-ups.
Her previous directorships include NBN Co Limited, Intellihub Pty Ltd. and WorkPlace Giving Australia. Ms Caesar holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
