These orders are part of a broader initiative to modernize the network's 2,108 locations over time, all of which are expected to eventually receive BOHA! Terminal 2 LTE units. This sushi franchise has long relied on BOHA!'s Build-Your-Own (BYO) labeling capability, which enables chefs to create custom Chef's Specials based on available ingredients while automatically generating compliant nutrition panels, ingredient lists, and allergen disclosures in real time.
BOHA! Terminal 2 LTE significantly improves speed, responsiveness, and reliability, helping to address the demands of more complex workflows and supporting consistent execution while improving financial performance without slowing down operations. The new LTE-enabled terminal also solves connectivity challenges for franchisees operating inside markets or off-network environments by removing the need for MiFi devices and enabling seamless cloud access and remote updates.
