Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited at its board meeting held on March 5, 2026, took on record the resignation of Mr. Chanchal S S Rajora from the position of Key Managerial Personnel, with effective from March 5, 2026. Mr. Chanchal S. S. Rajora shall continue in his existing role as Director (Finance) of the Company and shall remain designated as Senior Management Personnel. The Company confirms that there are no material reasons for resignation of Mr. Chanchal S. S. Rajora from the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Consequent to the above, Mr. Chanchal S. S. Rajora shall cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel authorised to determine the materiality of events or information and to make disclosures to the stock exchange(s) in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Mehul Shah as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from March 5, 2026, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Shah is a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned finance professional with over 26 years of experience in Strategic Accounting, Financial Operations, Fund Management, Budgeting, Compliance, Taxation, and Corporate Governance.
He has worked with reputed organizations such as Nirma Limited, Adani Enterprises Limited, Reliance Logistics Private Limited, Arvind Smart Spaces Limited, Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited, and Asian Granito India Limited, managing key finance and business responsibilities.
