The Retail Solutions Segment consists of the following business units: ProWood, Deckorators and UFP Edge. It sells to three verticals, including big box retailers, independent distributors, and distribution centers including two-step distributors. The Packaging Segment serves regional, national, and global customers across verticals including building materials, durable goods, agricultural, moving and storage, heavy equipment and automotive. The construction segment consists of factory-built housing, site-built construction, commercial construction, and concrete forming. The Company operates in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Spain, India and Australia.
