The Board of Directors of the UltraTech Cement Limited, at its meeting held on November 27, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Dhiraj Kapoor (Membership No. F5454) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 1st December, 2025. He will also be a Key Managerial Personnel, Senior Managerial Personnel and Nodal Officer from the said date.
The Board also noted the cessation of Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar Chatterjee as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer; Key Managerial Personnel and Nodal Officer of the Company with effect from 30th November, 2025. Mr. Chatterjee will superannuate on 30th June, 2026 following a transitional period, ensuring a smooth handover. Mr. Kapoor is a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law graduate.
He has over 24 years of post-qualification experience in managing corporate secretarial affairs of large, listed entities, expertise in corporate laws, listing regulations and governance matters.
