CCTV footage shared on social media shows a group of Israeli settlers armed with rods attacking two unarmed Palestinians in the West Bank city of Huwara.
Joining them in the assault appears to be a helmeted Israeli soldier.
On Tuesday, a United Nations inquiry reported that Israeli authorities are directly involved in settler attacks that have killed, injured, and displaced Palestinians in the West Bank.
The report by the Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory found that Israeli authorities had enabled settler attacks through financial and military support.
It also reported that in Hamas-run Gaza, the Palestinian militant group had committed war crimes against both Palestinians and Israelis.
The Israeli mission in Geneva rejected the report's findings.

It accused the body of drawing a "false moral equivalence" between Hamas militants and Israeli civilians and of relying on what it called unsubstantiated allegations.
It said Israeli authorities including the president and prime minister had repeatedly condemned violence against Palestinians.
The Israeli prime minister's office and military did not immediately respond to requests for comment, nor did Hamas.
The report said Israeli settler attacks on Palestinian villages and agricultural land had surged since 2023, rising by 130%.

Many of the incidents involve groups of masked assailants.
In Jiljilia last month, settlers stole a flock of sheep owned by Palestinians, with a military jeep driving alongside.
The report said Israeli security forces routinely accompanied settlers and acted as a shield for the violence.

In March, a settler who was an army reservist shot dead a 27-year-old Palestinian man near Hebron.
The Israeli military said the incident was being investigated.
The government says such actions are rogue incidents that violate military protocol.
But Israeli and Palestinian rights groups say such investigations rarely lead to punishment.
According to the U.N., such attacks killed at least seven Palestinians and injured 832 last year...
And the violence continues into 2026 in the form of near-daily attacks.

The report said it was also gravely alarmed by serious abuses it documented in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.
The commission found that Hamas-affiliated forces were involved in at least 60 of 249 documented cases of executions and severe physical violence in 2024 to 2025.
The incidents including beatings with metal pipes and bone-breaking as punishment for alleged collaboration with Israel or looting aid.
In two instances, 11 men were publicly executed. The Commission said these acts amount to war crimes and violations of international law.
