United Overseas Bank Limited referenced the announcement dated February 13, 2026 that the Issuer shall redeem all, but not some only, of the Notes on March 16, 2026 pursuant to Condition 5(d)(ii) of the terms and conditions of the Notes at their nominal amount together with interest accrued and unpaid (if any) to (but excluding) March 16, 2026 (collectively, the Redemption Moneys). The Issuer wishes to announce that payment of the Redemption Moneys has been effected on March 16, 2026. Accordingly, all outstanding Notes have been successfully redeemed, and the redeemed Notes will be cancelled thereafter.
