The US market for recreational vehicles—including travel trailers and motorhomes—recorded a 0.3 percent increase in wholesale shipments to dealers in December, reaching 23,220 units compared to the same month in 2024.

This is according to statistics from the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA).

For the full year 2025, shipments rose 2.5 percent to 342,121 units, in line with the forecast from ITR Economics.

During 2024, shipments increased by 6.6 percent to 333,733 units.

Dometic, which manufactures products including refrigerators for motorhomes, travel trailers, and other vehicles, has its largest market in the Americas region, with the US representing the biggest share.
