Vale S.A. informed that its Board of Directors on February 20, 2026 received a letter from Mr. João Luiz Fukunaga submitting his resignation from the position of member of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. João Luiz Fukunaga served as a Board member since 2023. As a result of this resignation and pursuant to the Company's Bylaws, the Board of Directors, with the support of the Company's Nomination and Governance Committee, will evaluate the necessary measures in the coming days and will keep the market duly informed on the matter.
