VICI Properties, Inc. specializes in the holding and management of hospitality and entertainment facilities. The group owns hotels, casinos, golf courses, etc. leased to operators. Net sales by activity break down as follows: - operation of accommodation and entertainment facilities (93.4%); - operation of golf courses (1.1%); - other (5.5%). At the end of 2024, the portfolio comprised 93 property assets including gaming properties (54), hotels (60,300 rooms), restaurants, bars, nightclubs, meeting and event venues, theatres, etc., and 4 golf courses. All net sales are generated in the United States and Canada.
