Voltalia posted revenue of 166.3 million euros in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 8% at constant exchange rates.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue stood at 166.3 million euros, representing an 8% increase at constant exchange rates (+7% at current exchange rates). The strong growth in the development and construction segment for third parties more than offset the impact of lower production due to curtailment in Brazil.
During the period, energy sales declined by 15% at constant exchange rates (-16% at current exchange rates), while services for third-party clients grew by 42% at constant exchange rates (+41% at current exchange rates) compared to 2024.
The power plant builder confirmed its EBITDA target for 2025, expected between 200 and 220 million euros, of which 190 to 210 million euros are to come from energy sales. However, the group anticipates a higher net loss attributable to the group in the second half than in the first half of 2025. This trend is mainly explained by the acceleration of pipeline clearing, transformation and restructuring costs related to the SPRING plan, as well as the effects of geographic refocusing and increased emphasis on strategic activities.
The 2025 annual results will be published on March 12, before the markets open.
