Construction company Wästbygg has been commissioned by Bonava to build Logementet 2 in Gothenburg, a project comprising 80 Nordic Swan Ecolabel-certified condominiums across two buildings.
The order value is approximately 100 million SEK, excluding client-supplied goods. Bonava has reached its sales target, and construction will commence shortly. The first residents are expected to move in gradually starting in autumn 2027.
