NOTICE TO THE MARKET Change of Independent Auditor

WEG S.A. (B3: WEGE3 / OTC: WEGZY) announces to its shareholders and the general market that the Board of Directors approved the engagement of PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes Ltda ("PwC") to provide independent audit services for the financial statements starting in the fiscal year beginning on January 1, 2026.

The Company clarifies that the replacement of KPMG Auditores Independentes had its consent, and that it results solely from compliance with the rotation rules set forth in CVM Resolution 23.
