The Board of Weichai Power Co., Ltd. announced that Ms. Zhang Weili has been elected as an independent non-executive Director, and Mr. Wang Yanlei has been elected as a non-executive Director, both with effect from 30 January 2026 until the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company for the year ending 31 December 2026 (both days inclusive), which is the expiration of the term of the current session of the Board. Further, with effect from 30 January 2026, Ms. Zhang Weili has been appointed as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee of the Company.
