West China Cement Limited announced that payment of the Tender Consideration to the Eligible Holders whose 2026 Notes were validly tendered in the Tender Offer and accepted for purchase by the Company was made on December 4, 2025. The aggregate principal amount of the 2026 Notes that remain outstanding following settlement of the Tender Offer is USD 200,000,000.
