Winton Capital Management has increased its short position in real estate company Corem Property to 0.51 percent of the share capital, up from previously below 0.5 percent. Consequently, the fund is now listed as a new public short seller in the company, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's register.

There are currently two public short sellers in the company. However, a total of 4.53 percent of Corem's capital is currently shorted. Arrowstreet Capital maintains a previously established public short position of 1.01 percent. The Financial Supervisory Authority requires positions exceeding 0.1 percent to be reported, while short positions surpassing 0.5 percent must be made public.
