WPP PLC - London-based advertising agency - WPP Chair Philip Jansen, in London on Thursday, buys 50,000 shares at 285.1 pence each. Shares are worth GBP142,550 in aggregate. Also in London on Thursday, Chief Executive Officer Cindy Rose purchases 50,000 shares at 288.7p each, for GBP144,350 in total.
