Kyoko Matsushita has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, WPP Creative APAC at WPP, marking a new leadership role within the network's creative business across the Asia Pacific region. WPP PLC announced that in addition to her new role as Chief Executive Officer, WPP Creative APAC, Kyoko Matsushita continues as CEO of WPP Japan, further strengthening her leadership presence across the region. Matsushita brings extensive global experience spanning media, technology, and creative industries.
She previously served as Global CEO at Essence, where she led a data-driven, measurement-focused agency working with global brands across multiple markets. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at GREE International, overseeing mobile game studios, marketing, and partnerships, and at Electronic Arts, managing product planning and marketing across global studios.
