The board of directors of Wynn Macau, Limited announced that: Ms. Jacqui Krum ("Ms. Krum") has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2026; and Ms. Ellen F. Whittemore ("Ms. Whittemore")'s appointment as a non-executive Director of the Company will come to an end on 31 December 2025. Ms. Jacqui Krum, aged 51, joined Wynn Resorts, Limited in 2013 and has been serving as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Wynn Resorts, Limited since December 2024. With effect from 1 January 2026, Ms. Krum will become a non-executive Director of the Company.
Prior to joining Wynn Resorts, Limited, Ms. Krum served as Vice President and General Counsel of MGM Hospitality, a division of MGM Resorts International, from 2010 to 2013. From 1999 to 2010, she was an associate and later a partner at Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, LLP, a law firm based in Los Angeles. Ms. Krum holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and obtained two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science (International Relations) and Cultural Anthropology, both summa cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
