Yalong River Hydropower Development Company, Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 4,000,000,000 in a round of funding on April 16, 2026. The transaction is participated by returning investors Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co.Ltd for CNY 1,920,000,000 and SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd for CNY 2,080,000,000. The company will issue common stock in the transaction.

The transaction had been reviewed and approved by the Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co.Ltd in the 12th meeting of the 2nd board of directors held on April 16, 2026. The company's registered capital of CNY 50,700,000,000 before the transaction increases to CNY 54,700,000,000 after the transaction. On closing, Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co.Ltd and SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd will continue to hold 48% and 52% stake in the company.
