Zhejiang Century Huatong Group Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002602) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 1,000 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at no more than CNY 28.77 per share.
The purpose of the program is to cancel the repurchased shares and reduce the registered share capital. The program will be funded from company's own funds or self raised funds. The program is subject to approval from shareholders.
The program will be valid for 12 months from the approval of shareholders.
