Mr. Long Yi, aged 49, was born in October 1976. He obtained a bachelor's degree in mining engineering from the Northeastern University. He obtained a doctoral degree in mining engineering from the Northeastern University.

He is a senior engineer. He joined the Company in 1999 and held several positions including the technician of the Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine, deputy director of the copper mine construction commanding office, deputy director of the underground engineering office, assistant to the general manager of Xinjiang Jinbao Mining Co. Ltd., deputy general manager of Fuyun Jinshan Mining Co.

Ltd., general manager of Xinjiang Jinbao Mining Co. Ltd., general manager of Xinjiang Ashele Copper Co. Ltd., assistant to the president of the Company, chief of the Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine, chief safety officer of the Company, general manager of La Compagnie Minière de Musonoie Global SAS, general manager of the Company's Overseas Operations Department, and general manager of Serbia Zijin Copper Doo Bor.

He has been serving as a vice-president of the Company since December 2019. Mr. Qiu Guozhu, aged 50, was born in February 1975. He obtained double bachelor's degrees in English and Trade Economics from the Fuzhou University, and an MBA degree from the Xiamen University.

He previously worked in government agencies, and joined the Company in April 2008. He successively served as the secretary to the chairman of the Board Office, deputy director and director of the Board Office, general manager of Xinjiang Jinbao Mining Co. Ltd., general manager and chairman of Longxing Limited Liability Company in Russia, general manager of Gold Mountains (H.K.) International Mining Company Limited, overseas operations director and general manager (concurrent) of the Overseas Operations Department of the Company, COO of Kamoa Copper S.A., general manager of La Compagnie Minière de Musonoie Global SAS, etc.

He served as the CEO of Serbia Zijin Copper Doo Bor from March 2023 to December 2025. He has been serving as a vice-president of the Company since December 2025. Mr. Jian Ximing, aged 48, was born in April 1977.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from the Southwest University, and obtained a Ph.D. in resources and environment from the Kunming University of Science and Technology. He is a senior engineer. He joined the Company in October 2000.

He successively served as the project-in-charge of the technological upgrade commanding office of the Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine (deputy director), deputy manager of the infrastructure construction department, manager and assistant to general manager of Bayannur Zijin Non-ferrous Metals Co. Ltd., manager of infrastructure construction department, assistant to the general manager and deputy general manager of Zijin Copper Co. Ltd., general manager of Hunchun Polymetallic Co.

Ltd., standing deputy general manager and general manager of Hunchun Zijin Mining Co. Ltd., general manager of the Construction Department of the Company, standing deputy general manager and general manager of Serbia Zijin Copper Doo Bor, the overseas operations director of the Group, etc. He served as the CEO of the Overseas Operations Department of the Company from August 2023 to December 2025.

He has been concurrently serving as a non-executive director of Zijin Gold International Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, since May 2025. He has been serving as a vice-president of the Company since December 2025. Mr. Gao Wenlong, aged 48, was born in July 1977.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in information science and technology from the Peking University, and obtained a Ph.D. in information from the Florida State University in the United States. He previously worked at Jefferies Group, Thomson Reuters, China Guotai Yuanxin Asset Management Co. Ltd. and other investment institutions.

He joined the Company in October 2021, serves as a director and general manager of Zijin Mining Investment (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. and concurrently serves as the chairman of Zijin Tianfeng Futures Co. Ltd. and a director of Zhaojin International Gold Co.

Ltd. He has been serving as a vice-president and the secretary to the Board of the Company (concurrent) since December 2025.

Zijin Mining Group Company Limited is a China-based company in mineral business. The Company operates nine segments. The Gold Bullion segment mainly produces gold ingots for the production links of other divisions. The Processed, Refined and Trading Gold segment is engaged in the processing of purchased gold ingots and trading gold ingots. The Gold concentrate section processes gold bearing ores and generates gold concentrates. The Electrolytic Copper segment is produced by electrolytic copper and electrowinning copper. The Refined Copper segment is engaged in the processing of self-produced copper and purchased copper. The Copper concentrates segment processes copper ore and produce copper concentrate. The Other Concentrate segment is responsible for producing zinc concentrate, tungsten concentrate and lead concentrate. The Zinc Bullion segment produces zinc ingots. Others segment is mainly engaged in the sales of sulfuric acid, copper strip, silver and iron.
