ABIDJAN, Jan 16 (Reuters) - Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast reached 1.416 million tonnes between the start of the season on Oct. 1 and Jan. 15, up 9.3% from the same period of the last season, exporters estimated on Monday.

About 37,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to Abidjan port and 33,000 tonnes to San Pedro between Jan. 9 and Jan. 15, making for a total of 70,000 tonnes, compared to 89,000 tonnes during the same week last season. (Reporting by Ange Aboa; Editing by Sofia Christensen and Jan Harvey)
