Brexit tunnel appears to have failed, Times Radio says

LONDON (Reuters) - An attempt to put Brexit talks in a so-called tunnel, where both sides privately hammer out the final details without commenting publicly, appears to have failed, the chief political commentator of Times Radio said on Wednesday.

Earlier the European Union's Brexit negotiator said a deal was hanging in the balance.
