MOSCOW, Nov 9 (Reuters) - A Russian court on Thursday fined U.S. package delivery company United Parcel Service 3 million roubles ($33,000) for what it said was a repeated failure to localise data in accordance with Russian law, the Interfax news agency reported.

Moscow has clashed with foreign companies over content, censorship, data and local representation in a simmering dispute that intensified after Russia sent its armed forces into Ukraine in February 2022. (Reporting by Reuters)
