The rebel-led alliance in Syria is set to form a transitional government, after overthrowing President Bashar Al Assad. Reports say the reason the Assad regime fell so quickly was due to the lack of support from his allies Russia and Iran. But Rachel Ziemba, founder of Ziemba Insights, told Bloomberg's Horizons Middle East and Africa host Joumanna Bercetche that the two countries are occupied with their own issues against Israel and Ukraine.
