Middlefield Real Estate Dividend ETF announced that distributions for first quarter of 2025 will be payable to unitholders of Middlefield Real Estate Dividend ETF as follows: $0.075 per share payable on February 14, 2025 and record date of January 31, 2025, $0.075 per share payable on March 14, 2025 and record date of February 28, 2025 and $0.075 per share payable on April 15, 2025 and record date of March 31, 2025.
