STUTTGART (BOERSE STUTTGART GMBH) - Euwax Trends on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange
Investor trends
1. discount call warrant on Beiersdorf (WKN DQ0D67)
The Beiersdorf share remains a problem child for investors. In the second half of 2024, the shares of the consumer goods manufacturer lost around 15% in value. They recently reached their low for the year at 120.15 euros. Analysts are nevertheless optimistic, with the average price target currently set at 143.80 euros. Today, one Hamburg share costs 122.05 euros. Investors from Stuttgart see entry opportunities and buy a discount call warrant on Beiersdorf.
2nd discount call warrant on Rheinmetall (WKN VC5QKK)
The US bank JPMorgan has raised its price target for Rheinmetall from 680 to 800 euros. Analyst David Perry is thus reacting to a convincing capital market day of the defense contractor. He raised his earnings estimates by up to 17% until 2027. Other experts had recently already raised their price targets to 820 euros. The armaments share continues its record run, today again marking a new top value at 652 euros. A discount call warrant on Rheinmetall is in demand on Euwax.
3. knock-out call on MDAX (WKN VE9LMF)
The MDAX is currently unable to keep up with its big brother, the DAX. While the leading German index is rushing from record to record, the MDAX is lagging behind. At 26,676 points, the index for medium-sized companies is trading around 1,000 points below its all-time high from the spring. Market observers assume that the industrial recycler Befesa will have to give up its place in the MDAX for the drug researcher EVOTEC in the course of the upcoming index review. Knock-out investors favor a call on the MDAX today.
Euwax Sentiment
The DAX is unstoppable, reaching a new record high of 20,211 points. This represents an increase of 0.9% on the previous day. Market experts attribute the current strength of the leading German index to the predominantly global positioning of the 40 DAX companies. The weakening domestic economy is therefore playing a smaller role. Nevertheless, investors are becoming more cautious, with the Euwax sentiment index turning clearly negative at -42 points.
