TAIPEI (Reuters) - Taiwan's economy ministry said on Thursday it had fined Foxconn, the world's largest contract electronics maker, T$10 million ($329,088) for making an unauthorised investment in embattled Chinese chip conglomerate Tsinghua Unigroup.
