The decline on the Stockholm Stock Exchange eased somewhat after the publication of the US inflation statistics for October, which showed an outcome fully in line with expectations.
The ten-year US bond yield has fallen a few basis points while the dollar has lost some ground.

Core CPI increased at an annual rate of 3.3% in October, compared with the Bloomberg consensus of 3.3%. In September, the annual rate was 3.3%.

The CPI rose 2.6%, compared to the consensus of a 2.6% increase. In the previous month, the annual rate was 2.4%.

At 14:34, EUR/USD was weaker at 1.0636, compared to 1.0626 just before the statistics. Yesterday the rate was 1.0624.

The yield on the ten-year US bond was trading at 4.39%, compared with 4.43% just before the publication. Yesterday, the rate was 4.43 percent.

On the Stockholm Stock Exchange, the OMXS30 index was down 0.7%, compared with minus 0.81% just before the statistics were published.
