DUBAI, Dec 9 (Reuters) - China on Saturday said the final COP28 agreement on fossil fuels may not be perfect, but has to be agreed by consensus among parties with vastly different views.

China's top climate envoy Xie Zhenhua said China was working with all the major negotiating groups to find a solution.
