1522 ET - Treasury yields end a shortened trading week lower as Fed minutes showed policymakers cautious, but still open to making a final interest-rate cut this year when they meet in December. Data including 3Q GDP, jobless claims and the Fed's preferred PCE inflation gauge were in line with expectations. The 10-year yield fell by 0.217 percentage points this week to 4.192%, and the 2-year fell by 0.197 percentage point to 4.171%. On Friday, they were off 0.051 and 0.043 percentage points, respectively. (anthony.harrup@wsj.com)
