Constitute restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock upon vesting. 25% of the RSUs vest on the one-year anniversary measured from August 21, 2022, and 1/16th of the RSUs vest quarterly thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person continuing as a service provider through each such date.

25% of the shares subject to the option vest on the one-year anniversary measured from July 27, 2022, and 1/48th of the shares vest monthly thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person continuing as a service provider through each such date.
