Essen, 27 April 2021 - 11880 Solutions AG has again won two new customers in its third-party call centre business: The e-sharing providers rhingo from RheinEnergie AG in Cologne and KRuiser from SWK MOBIL in Krefeld will have all consumer questions about the booming offer of rental e-scooters answered by the experienced 11880 employees with immediate effect. The e-scooters of both providers can be rented everywhere in the urban areas of Cologne and Krefeld and are enjoying increasing popularity.
"For a quarter of a century, our experienced staff have been personally helping people on the phone. We are delighted that rhingo and KRuiser have now also placed their customer service in our hands," says Christian Maar, CEO of 11880 Solutions AG. Customer service for both providers is already running successfully. At the beginning of spring, more and more enquiries are currently landing in the 11880 call centres. The climate-friendly e-scooters can be rented easily and conveniently at any time via app and parked anywhere after use.
At the 11880 call centres, the experienced staff have been providing an excellent directory enquiries service for current telephone numbers and a variety of everyday additional services for 25 years. In addition, they also provide telephone services for other companies that wish to place their customer service in professional hands.
