The agenda included the resolution of a capital increase against cash contributions by up to EUR 800,000 with subscription rights for its shareholders. The implementation of the capital increase is currently being evaluated in terms of its type and scope in the current market environment. Quirin Privatbank AG has been commissioned to approach potential investors. The company will only make a final decision regarding the financing options on the basis of investor feedback and the then prevailing market environment. With a successful implementation of the capital increase, 123fahrschule would have the necessary funds to drive forward the company's successful expansion strategy and M&A activities in attractive locations.
